In this role, you will lead the creative direction of high-end luxury residential and boutique commercial projects from concept to final installation. You will collaborate with elite clients, navigate complex architectural challenges, and mentor a talented design team in a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-end interior architecture and design projects.
- Create comprehensive design packages including space planning, mood boards, FF&E selection, and bespoke millwork detailing.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design integrity are meticulously maintained.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, cultivating long-term strategic relationships.
- Direct and mentor junior design staff, fostering a collaborative, inspiring, and high-performance studio culture.
- Oversee on-site installations, styling, and final handovers, ensuring a flawless client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality design.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Spexx (or equivalent FF&E software).
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual design, space planning, and execution of complex technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of premium furniture brands, custom fabricators, textile sources, and construction materials.
- Excellent communication, client-facing presentation, and project leadership capabilities.
