Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process for premium residential/commercial projects
- Develop detailed concept boards, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Conduct client consultations and presentations with exceptional communication
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (RIBA/BIID accredited)
- 7+ years of high-end residential/commercial design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury projects and material expertise
- Proven track record in project management and client relations
- Knowledge of UK building codes and sustainable design practices
