Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client vision and brand identity
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and mood boards using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Lead client presentations and ensure seamless execution of design specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and furniture manufacturers
- Stay current with global design trends and sustainable materials
- Mentor junior designers and review technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ certification and LEED AP preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and hospitality projects
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
