You will lead projects from conceptualization through to final installation, working alongside world-class architects and artisans to deliver bespoke environments that define modern living.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle from initial concept and space planning to FF&E selection.
- Manage client presentations, ensuring design narratives align with project vision and budget.
- Collaborate with contractors and architects to ensure technical accuracy and site compliance.
- Source unique materials, custom furniture, and high-end finishes from global vendors.
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation and 3D renderings using Revit and Enscape.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee project timelines to ensure milestone delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve complex installation challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in luxury high-end residential projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape or V-Ray.
- Deep understanding of construction detailing, building codes, and material specifications.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing high-concept design and detailed technical documentation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in direct client management.
