Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Lead the creative direction of residential and commercial interior projects, translating client visions into tangible design schemes.
- Design Development: Create detailed 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting site visits and presenting design proposals effectively.
- Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in high-end interior design.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
