Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and conceptualization of interior design projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and contractors, to ensure design integrity during construction.
- Select and manage the procurement of premium materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure strict quality control.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with persuasive visual presentations.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in high-end residential or commercial interior design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Valid Interior Design qualification (e.g., RIBA, BIID, or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
