In this role, you will be the creative force behind our most prestigious projects, working closely with clients to understand their lifestyle and aesthetic goals. You will lead the design process from initial concept to final installation, ensuring every detail meets our uncompromising standards of quality and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Lead the creative direction for residential and commercial projects, developing innovative design concepts that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Visual Presentation: Create compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Client Liaison: Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, conducting site visits and presenting design proposals with confidence and clarity.
- Technical Documentation: Produce detailed working drawings, specifications, and material selections to ensure accuracy and compliance with building regulations.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance our design offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in high-end interior design, preferably within a design studio or architectural firm.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual skills, attention to detail, and a diverse range of project styles.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
