Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and detailed project specifications.
- Create high-fidelity 3D renderings and photorealistic visualizations using Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Lead client meetings to present design strategies, mood boards, and material selections.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate effectively with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the studio's technical standards.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (BFA/MFA).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Interior Design Certification (NCIDQ) preferred.
- Passion for sustainable design practices and smart home technology integration.
