Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Curate custom furniture, lighting, and material selections
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain project budgets and ensure quality execution
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of high-end residential/commercial experience
- NCIDQ or equivalent professional certification
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects
- Expert proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape)
- Strong understanding of FL building codes and permitting
- Exceptional client communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing projects $500k+
