Responsibilities
- Lead Design Execution: Oversee the design process from initial concept through to final construction, ensuring high-quality standards and strict adherence to timelines.
- Client Collaboration: Present and pitch design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the final aesthetic and ensure client satisfaction.
- Technical Documentation: Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Material Selection: Source and select premium furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the project's vision, budget, and sustainability goals.
- Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure a smooth project delivery and high-quality execution on site.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within the UK market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical capability, and an understanding of spatial design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on exceptional client service.
