We specialize in creating bespoke, sustainable, and emotionally resonant interiors for high-profile residential and commercial clients.
In this pivotal role, you will lead design concepts from initial sketches to final execution, collaborating closely with our project managers and clients to deliver spaces that inspire.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for residential and commercial interior projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software (Revit, SketchUp, or AutoCAD).
- Prepare detailed design packages, including floor plans, elevations, lighting schemes, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to supervise installations, ensuring design integrity and quality control are met.
- Present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating complex ideas and handling feedback professionally.
- Manage junior designers and interns, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Source high-quality materials, furniture, and fixtures from global suppliers.
Qualifications
- BA Hons Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in high-end interior design, preferably within a leading design studio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max) and rendering tools (KeyShot, V-Ray, or Enscape).
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
