Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design development for high-end residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
- Conduct site visits and supervision to monitor construction progress and quality control.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring milestones are met without compromising design integrity.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, providing expert guidance and feedback.
- Stay updated on global design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Singapore or a similar market.
- Proficient in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design execution and a distinct aesthetic style.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional registration with the Board of Architects (Singapore) is preferred.
