Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, schematic design, and design development phases for commercial and residential projects.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed construction documents, technical drawings, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Project Management: Monitor project progress on-site, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
- Client Collaboration: Present design concepts, progress reports, and renderings to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with engineers, interior designers, and 3D visualizers to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior architecture and design, preferably in a senior role.
- Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced technical skills and a sophisticated design aesthetic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot design and technical issues efficiently.
