Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design development of high-end commercial and luxury residential projects.
- Direct the production of comprehensive construction documents, detailed millwork packages, and technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, translating high-level visions into actionable design strategies.
- Curate and specify premium finishes, bespoke furniture, and sophisticated lighting systems.
- Oversee on-site construction progress to ensure rigorous design integrity and quality control.
- Mentor junior design staff and facilitate seamless collaboration between architects and consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a focus on high-end, large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of New York City building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA standards.
- Active NCIDQ certification or AIA licensure is highly preferred.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated aesthetic and technical execution.
