If you possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for architectural narrative, we want to meet you.

As a Design Lead, you will manage projects from conceptualization through to construction administration, mentoring junior designers while driving our aesthetic standards to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design lifecycle from initial concept and space planning to FF&E selection and final installation.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, sections, and technical construction sets using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and external consultants to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
  • Oversee site visits and construction administration to manage quality control and project timelines.
  • Curate high-end materials, finishes, and custom furniture solutions that align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders using sophisticated 3D renderings and mood board presentations.
  • Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior interior designers within the studio.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred).
  • 7+ years of professional experience in luxury residential or boutique commercial interior design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape or V-Ray.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and interior construction standards in NYC.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design sensitivity and technical proficiency.
