Responsibilities
- Lead the design development process from initial brief through to final handover.
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and RCPs.
- Curate high-end FF&E packages, including custom furniture and artisanal finishes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality control during construction.
- Manage coordination with contractors, engineers, and specialized consultants.
- Develop compelling 3D visualizations and presentation decks for high-profile clients.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee the quality of project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in luxury residential or commercial sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong capabilities in 3D modeling using Rhino or SketchUp and rendering in Enscape or V-Ray.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with a portfolio reflecting high-end design sophistication.
