You will lead projects from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design development phase for high-end hospitality and corporate interiors.
- Manage end-to-end project documentation, including detailed construction sets and specifications.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
- Oversee site visits and construction administration to resolve complex field conditions.
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate cross-departmental creative workshops.
- Present design concepts and technical solutions to key stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, zoning requirements, and ADA regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in interior architecture or high-end design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop).
- Strong knowledge of interior construction detailing, FF&E procurement, and material selection.
- Active NCIDQ certification or AIA licensure is highly preferred.
- Exceptional visual communication and 3D rendering capabilities (Enscape or V-Ray).
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a portfolio of completed commercial or luxury residential projects.
