Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development for luxury residential projects
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and material palettes
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Drive innovative spatial solutions while maintaining brand aesthetics
- Conduct site visits and ensure flawless execution of design vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential interiors
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential projects
- NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and material knowledge
- Proven client relationship management skills
