Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Develop detailed 3D visualizations using Rhino, V-Ray, and Enscape
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality standards
- Present design solutions to high-profile clients in compelling client meetings
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
- 8+ years of experience in high-end interior architecture
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- NCIDQ or ARE certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and ADA compliance
- Exceptional client communication and project management skills
