Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants)
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and drive design excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design (RIBA Part 1/2)
- 8+ years of commercial interior architecture experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential projects
- RIBA chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation
- Proven project delivery on £1M+ value developments
