Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from initial conceptualization through to final site handover and completion.
- Develop comprehensive technical drawing packages including detailed floor plans, elevations, and bespoke joinery details.
- Direct high-level client presentations and manage ongoing relationships with international stakeholders and developers.
- Curate sophisticated material palettes, finishes, and high-end FF&E specifications aligned with premium brand standards.
- Oversee on-site construction phases to ensure strict adherence to design intent and quality control protocols.
- Mentor junior and mid-weight designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and creative exploration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, specifically within high-end residential or boutique commercial sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, planning permissions, and sustainable design practices.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million pound project budgets and complex delivery timelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with a refined, contemporary design aesthetic.
