Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed design documentation including FF&E specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex urban regeneration schemes
- Conduct client presentations and manage project budgets
- Research and implement sustainable materials and BIM technologies
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design (RIBA Part 1/2)
- 8+ years post-qualification experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and material expertise
- UK working visa eligibility required
- RIBA chartered or NCARB certification preferred
