Responsibilities
- Lead design development and technical documentation for luxury interiors
- Coordinate MEP, lighting, and FF&E specifications with consultants
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Develop 3D visualizations and presentation materials
- Mentor junior designers and ensure BIM compliance
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years' experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and BREEAM standards
- Portfolio demonstrating material innovation and spatial storytelling
- Chartered RIBA or BIID membership preferred
