Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D design documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and furniture vendors
- Conduct client presentations and manage project timelines/budgets
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design methodologies
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of experience in high-end interior architecture
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and commercial projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations
- Exceptional visualization and presentation skills
