Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution from concept to installation
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and contractors
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Mentor junior designers and interns
- Research emerging materials and sustainable practices
- Present design solutions to high-profile clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
- 8+ years of commercial/residential experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering
- Strong portfolio with $5M+ project value
- NYS Architect License (or NCIDQ)
- Experience with NYC building codes
- Proven client management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating material innovation
