Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including structural engineers and MEP consultants, to ensure technical feasibility and design intent.
  • Produce comprehensive construction documentation sets, including intricate millwork details and custom furniture specifications.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate designers, fostering a culture of creative growth.
  • Manage client relationships and presentations, effectively communicating complex design narratives and project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with a focus on luxury residential or high-end commercial sectors.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino; experience with Enscape or V-Ray rendering is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, ADA requirements, and sustainable design principles (LEED or WELL certification is a plus).
  • NCIDQ certification or AIA licensure is highly desirable.
