We are currently looking for a visionary Senior Interior Architect to join our creative powerhouse in Manhattan. In this role, you will lead the design of award-winning residential and commercial spaces, translating client visions into tangible realities that inspire and endure.
What You'll Do:
You will take ownership of the design lifecycle, from initial concept sketches to final construction documentation. Your work will involve close collaboration with clients, engineers, and a talented team of designers to ensure every project meets our rigorous standards of excellence and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Create immersive design presentations, including mood boards, 3D visualizations, and renderings.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform architectural decisions.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct regular design reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or commercial design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional spatial reasoning and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client management.
- LEED AP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
