Responsibilities
- Lead the interior architectural design process from conceptualization through to construction administration.
- Develop detailed 3D models and high-fidelity renderings to communicate design intent to clients.
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical excellence.
- Select and specify premium materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Manage project documentation and ensure all designs comply with building codes and zoning regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a culture of professional growth and creativity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in a high-end interior architecture or design firm.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of interior detailing, custom millwork, and lighting design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a portfolio that showcases luxury design work.
- Professional licensure (RA or NCIDQ) is highly preferred.
