You'll lead high-end residential and commercial projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver bespoke solutions that redefine luxury living.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through schematic and construction documentation phases
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution
- Develop 3D visualizations and material palettes using Rhino and V-Ray
- Manage client relationships through design presentations and project milestones
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality control across projects
- Research emerging materials and technologies to inform innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture/Interior Design with 7+ years experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential/commercial projects
- NCIDQ or NCARB certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and regulations
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and detailing capabilities
- Experience with sustainable design practices (LEED AP+)
