You will be responsible for driving financial excellence, ensuring rigorous compliance, and providing actionable insights that fuel our expansion.

Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations, including billing, A/P, A/R, GL, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the annual audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
