Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our core insurance platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, designers, and underwriters.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies to improve policy management and claims processing workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Insurance or InsurTech sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, including policy administration systems and risk assessment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
