Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care nursing interventions for complex patient cases
- Lead multidisciplinary care teams in emergency and high-acuity scenarios
- Maintain precise electronic health records with 100% accuracy
- Mentor junior nursing staff through clinical rotations and skill development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient safety outcomes
- Administer specialized therapies including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
Qualifications
- BSN degree with current NY State RN license (required)
- 3+ years ICU experience in Level I trauma center
- ACLS, BLS, and CCRN certifications
- Expertise in critical care monitoring technologies
- Strong leadership and crisis management abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system
