Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for medical software products, aligning with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps in the healthcare market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, QA) to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital health products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with data analytics and A/B testing frameworks.
