Responsibilities
- Transform raw clinical datasets into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and R.
- Design and maintain interactive, executive-level dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate closely with medical directors and operations teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance, data governance, and security protocols.
- Conduct statistical analysis on patient readmission rates and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SAS).
- Deep understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models (HEDIS, Star Ratings) is a plus.
