Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate medical data into actionable business insights.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and FDA regulations.
- Support clinical trial data management and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support clinical decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare terminology, EHR systems (Epic/Cerner), and medical coding standards (ICD-10/CPT).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
