Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends in patient care and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast healthcare demand and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicians, nurses, and IT professionals to translate data into strategic action plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare data analysis or a related analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth).
