Responsibilities

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators for executive and clinical stakeholders.
- Ensure rigorous data integrity and strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal data governance policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or clinical informatics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and HITECH.
