Are you a data-driven growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics? Velo Media Group is seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies in New York, NY.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for paid media, SEO, email automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will work closely with product and creative teams to build high-converting funnels that drive sustainable, scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data daily to optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Lead SEO strategy, including technical audits, content optimization, and link-building initiatives to drive organic growth.
- Design and implement continuous A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creatives, and email copy.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating capital efficiently to maximize ROI and scale acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing, brand-aligned creative assets.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles (agency or B2B/SaaS background preferred).
- Proven track record of managing monthly paid media budgets exceeding $100k with verifiable ROI.
- Deep technical expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Exceptional copy-writing and copy-editing skills with an eye for high-conversion visual design.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional projects.
