Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute end-to-end multi-channel growth strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
  • Own and optimize the full-funnel performance metrics, focusing on lowering CAC while increasing customer LTV.
  • Design and implement a rigorous A/B testing framework for creative assets, ad copy, and landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Directly manage a monthly seven-figure performance marketing budget with a focus on hyper-efficient ROI.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to build sophisticated attribution models and enhance marketing automation workflows.
  • Prepare and present high-level performance reports and strategic growth forecasts to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or D2C environment.
  • Expert-level mastery of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Deep technical proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategic pivots.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling marketing budgets exceeding $2M annually.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
