Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Conceptualize and design comprehensive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Digital Assets: Create high-resolution graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media assets, website banners, and email newsletters.
- Print Production: Oversee the final output of print materials, such as brochures, posters, and trade show booth graphics, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality finishes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and copywriting teams to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs that drive engagement.
- Motion Graphics: Produce short-form animations and motion graphics for social media and web presentations to enhance brand storytelling.
- Client Presentations: Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients in a professional and persuasive manner, incorporating feedback to refine the final product.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Portfolio: A robust, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a diverse range of branding, print, and digital design projects.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design principles is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
