Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity visual assets for web, print, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the creative director and copywriters to conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create motion graphics and animations for digital advertisements and presentations.
- Review and refine design assets from junior designers to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, and layout.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is highly desirable.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
