Responsibilities

- Lead creative direction for product packaging and experiential design projects
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Manage design assets using DAM systems and maintain brand guidelines
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and brand storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics and basic 3D rendering (Cinema4D/Blender)
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
