Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand visual systems across digital and print platforms
- Create compelling graphic designs for websites, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, and product packaging
- Lead design workshops and collaborate with UX/UI teams on user-centered design solutions
- Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring brand consistency
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to innovate our creative approach
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and adapt based on feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Proven experience with branding, typography, and layout design principles
- Strong understanding of responsive design and digital asset optimization
- Ability to translate complex brand strategies into compelling visual narratives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and motion graphics
