Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual designs for digital campaigns, branding materials, and print collateral
- Create original illustrations, infographics, and typography that elevate brand storytelling
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops to ideate innovative solutions
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Optimize designs for cross-platform compatibility (web, mobile, social)
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects)
- Ability to translate complex brand guidelines into actionable designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, and print design
