Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual identity systems for multiple projects.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Create user interface (UI) mockups and wireframes for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Review and approve final designs for print and digital production, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital design work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visual solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
