Responsibilities
- Visual Strategy: Develop high-quality visual concepts, layouts, and designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Asset Creation: Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital (social media, web) and print (brochures, banners, packaging) mediums.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects, ensuring all deliverables meet Lumina's high standards.
- Creative Direction: Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their vision, present concepts effectively, and iterate based on feedback.
- File Management: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring all files are correctly named, layered, and ready for production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department.
- Portfolio: A robust, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work is mandatory.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Typography & Color: Mastery of typography, color theory, and layout principles with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
