Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from ideation to final delivery across digital platforms and print materials
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand visual systems and style guides
- Create high-impact assets including web layouts, social media campaigns, packaging designs, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles in digital products
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience with proven portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills with attention to pixel-perfect execution
