Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage event budgets up to £2M, ensuring cost optimization and ROI tracking
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative agencies
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging AR/VR technology and sustainable practices
- Conduct post-event analysis with detailed reporting and client presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and venues
- Oversee crisis management protocols for live events
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in events management with 3+ years at senior level
- Proven track record executing 50+ events with budgets exceeding £1M
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management expertise
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Prince2/PRINCE2 Agile certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Exceptional budgetary forecasting and financial reporting skills
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning event designs
