Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery for high-profile clients
- Create compelling visual assets including brand identities, digital campaigns, and print collateral
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Maintain and evolve our design system library for scalable brand implementation
- Stay current with design trends and tools to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with agency or in-house portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and Figma preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
