Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated visual identities and brand guidelines for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to execute cross-channel design campaigns.
- Lead the design lifecycle from initial mood boarding to final production assets.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive design critiques.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders with clear, persuasive communication.
- Maintain high standards of design quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, UI/UX best practices, and industry technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional agency experience with a stellar portfolio of work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere) is a major plus.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for minimalist design aesthetics.
